Agreement

By accessing or using TRST, you agree to these Terms of Service and any platform rules, notices, or policies referenced by TRST. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use TRST.

TRST Platform Position

TRST is an informational, user-generated trust and reputation platform for software lifetime deal listing activity. TRST is not a payment marketplace, checkout provider, escrow service, broker, seller agent, payment processor, identity verification provider, court, arbitrator, or transaction guarantee service.

Any payment, transfer, license delivery, trade, refund, dispute, or off-platform transaction arrangement happens independently between users. TRST does not hold funds, process payments, guarantee transfers, recover money, or provide payment protection.

User Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login credentials secure, and promptly reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

TRST may restrict, suspend, revoke, or refuse access to accounts, listings, submissions, conversations, tickets, or platform features where necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, enforce policies, comply with legal obligations, or maintain platform integrity.

User-Submitted Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, including listings, profile details, comments, screenshots, evidence, reports, support tickets, and conversation messages.

By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also grant TRST a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, moderate, restrict, remove, and use that content solely to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and enforce the platform.

TRST does not endorse, certify, guarantee, or independently verify user-submitted content.

Prohibited Activity

Users may not:

Submit fake, misleading, manipulated, or unauthorized listings, evidence, comments, or transaction confirmations

Impersonate another person, seller, buyer, company, moderator, or TRST representative

Manipulate reputation, trust signals, buyer confirmations, listing status, reports, or moderation outcomes

Upload private chats, payment details, IDs, credentials, license keys, or personal information without permission

Harass, threaten, dox, spam, scrape, phish, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the platform

Bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, account restrictions, moderation controls, or security systems

Use TRST to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or abusive conduct

Listings, Verification, and Trust Signals

Listing approval, email verification, buyer confirmation, evidence review, moderation status, account status, trust indicators, or TRST score signals are informational platform signals only.

They do not verify legal identity, company ownership, product ownership, license transferability, solvency, legitimacy, transaction completion, payment safety, refund availability, or compliance with any third-party marketplace terms.

Moderation and Enforcement

TRST may review, reject, edit for safety, hide, restrict, remove, label, or retain content and records at its discretion. TRST may also remove public indicators, restrict public visibility, disable features, or preserve limited internal records for abuse prevention, security, moderation consistency, or legal compliance.

Submitting content or a review request does not guarantee publication, continued visibility, correction, removal, or a specific outcome.

Public Content and Search Indexing

Approved listings, profiles, trust signals, and other public pages may be visible to visitors and may be indexed, cached, archived, or copied by search engines or third parties.

TRST may remove or hide content from its own platform, but cannot guarantee removal from third-party caches, screenshots, archives, or external copies.

No Professional Advice

TRST does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, cybersecurity, compliance, marketplace, or transaction advice. Users should independently assess risk and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

TRST is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRST is not liable for transaction losses, scams, failed transfers, disputes, inaccurate submissions, user conduct, third-party content, moderation decisions, service interruptions, lost data, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or decisions made based on platform content.

Users use TRST and any information found on TRST at their own risk.

Changes to the Platform or Terms

TRST may update platform features, policies, moderation practices, and these terms over time. Continued use of TRST after updates means you accept the updated terms.
