TRST is an informational, user-generated trust and reputation platform for software lifetime deal listing activity. TRST is not a payment marketplace, checkout provider, escrow service, broker, seller agent, payment processor, identity verification provider, court, arbitrator, or transaction guarantee service.
TRST may collect information users submit or generate while using the platform, including:
Listing information, seller profile references, product information, and listing status details
Buyer or seller conversation activity submitted through TRST
Transaction confirmation details, evidence references, comments, reports, and moderation notes
Support tickets, removal requests, review requests, privacy requests, and abuse reports
Technical security signals such as session data, hashed identifiers, request metadata, rate-limit signals, and analytics events
Email notification logs, delivery status, and sanitized event summaries
TRST uses information to:
Display approved public listings and public profile information
Send account security, login, password reset, email verification, listing, ticket, verification, and conversation notifications
Review submissions, reports, moderation requests, and abuse patterns
Maintain platform integrity, security, rate limiting, anti-spam controls, and audit trails
Improve performance, reliability, usability, and public browsing quality
Comply with applicable legal, operational, security, or platform policy obligations
Some information may become publicly visible after submission, approval, confirmation, or moderation review. Public information may include seller display names, TRST usernames, approved listing details, profile details the user chooses to show, product information, listing status, public trust signals, and approved public comments or summaries.
Evidence and screenshots are intended only as limited moderation or trust context. Before submitting anything, users should redact or avoid including:
Passwords, license keys, recovery codes, API keys, or credentials
Private chat content unrelated to the listing or report
Government IDs, addresses, phone numbers, or unrelated personal information
Information belonging to another person that the user does not have permission to share
TRST may retain account, listing, moderation, support, audit, security, and abuse-prevention records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the platform.
Users may request review, correction, hiding, deletion, or restriction of certain records by contacting privacy@trst.cc. Requests should include the relevant profile URL, listing URL, transaction or ticket reference, explanation of the concern, and contact information for follow-up.
TRST does not guarantee transaction safety, seller legitimacy, buyer legitimacy, listing accuracy, evidence accuracy, moderation accuracy, abuse detection, or transaction outcomes. Users should independently evaluate risk before communicating, buying, selling, transferring, or trading.
