TRST aims to align with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practical.

TRST aims to make its pages and workflows accessible to the widest possible audience. We want the platform to work with keyboard navigation, screen readers, text-only and low-bandwidth browsing where practical, and other assistive technologies.

We also aim to keep content readable, forms understandable, and interactive elements easy to reach and operate.

Where practical, TRST aims to:

• Use semantic HTML and a clear heading hierarchy
• Provide visible focus states and keyboard-accessible interactions
• Support screen readers and descriptive labels for meaningful controls
• Respect reduced-motion preferences by avoiding unnecessary animation
• Keep color contrast readable and avoid relying on color alone to convey meaning
• Make forms, buttons, and error messages understandable
• Keep layouts responsive across mobile, desktop, and ultrawide screens

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some pages, older content, or third-party embedded experiences may not yet fully meet every accessibility need.

TRST will continue to improve based on testing, feedback, and updates to the product. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can review it.

Third-party tools, widgets, or embedded experiences may have limitations that are outside TRST's direct control. We will review those issues where possible and work to provide the best available alternative path.

TRST uses a mix of manual reviews, automated testing, and user feedback to identify issues and prioritize improvements.

Accessibility work is ongoing. We may refine layouts, labels, contrast, focus order, motion behavior, or interaction patterns over time as the product changes and as we learn from reports from users and reviewers.

Constructive accessibility feedback is welcomed and helps improve the platform for everyone.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within a reasonable timeframe and will review them as promptly as we can.

Response times may vary depending on request volume and the complexity of the request.
