TRST Platform Position

TRST is an informational, user-generated trust and reputation platform for software lifetime deal listing activity. TRST is not a payment marketplace, checkout provider, escrow service, broker, seller agent, payment processor, identity verification provider, court, arbitrator, or transaction guarantee service.

Any payment, transfer, license delivery, trade, refund, dispute, or off-platform transaction arrangement happens independently between users. TRST does not hold funds, process payments, guarantee transfers, recover money, or provide payment protection.

User Responsibility

TRST is a user-generated content platform. Users may submit listings, screenshots, comments, transaction details, profile references, product references, seller information, and other materials.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, platform rules, or applicable law, and that they have the right or permission to submit it.

Limited Platform License

By submitting content, users grant TRST a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, moderate, restrict, remove, and use that content solely to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and enforce the platform.

Reporting Copyright or IP Concerns

If you believe content on TRST infringes your copyright, trademark, intellectual property rights, proprietary material, or confidentiality rights, contact legal@trst.cc.

Please include:

Description of the copyrighted, trademarked, protected, or proprietary material

URL or clear description of the content reported

Explanation of the concern and why you believe the use is unauthorized

Your name, organization if applicable, and contact information

A statement that the report is made in good faith

Any documentation that helps TRST identify and review the concern

Moderation and Removal

TRST may review, restrict, hide, remove, preserve, or decline action on content at its discretion in response to copyright, IP, privacy, moderation, or legal concerns.

Submitting a report does not guarantee automatic removal or a specific outcome. TRST may request additional information where needed.

Repeat Abuse or False Reports

TRST may restrict or remove access to platform features for users who repeatedly submit infringing, unauthorized, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

TRST may also restrict users who submit abusive, knowingly false, bad-faith, or manipulative reports.

No Ownership Verification or Endorsement

Public visibility of content on TRST does not represent endorsement, authorization, licensing confirmation, seller certification, ownership verification, intellectual property clearance, or legal verification by TRST.
